Our history
Life is 10% what happens to us
and 90% how we react to it.

In times of political and societal upheaval, we have lost trust in securing the standard of living in Germany: saving money without getting interest on it for years, the perspective of empty pension funds and at the same time, high taxes made us think otherwise.

The plan of taking their money stateside and at the same time, rejoicing in the financial investment (including return) ripened. The first house in Florida was already followed by the second one almost one year later and every year, the portfolio is supplemented by another one ...

In parallel to our own overseas endeavors, friends, acquaintances and interested parties asked how to skillfully invest and increase money in the land of unlimited opportunities.
From these innumerable conversations came the idea, all steps, experiences and tactics in an entertaining specialist book "Make Your Money Great Again" to be written down, which was published in German in autumn 2019 and in English in 2020. -

On October 1, 2018, M&A Unlimited LLC (‘M&A Unlimited’) was formed in the county of Brevard in the State of Florida. Ms. Alena Knoepfler, who acts as manager, owns 100% of M&A Unlimited LLC.

On May 30, 2019, M&A Unlimited signed the purchase contract for their office located at 1534 Stewart Ave in Melbourne 32935, Florida.
